I had phoned and talked to Linda at the Kelowna location to inquire about a broken locking handle for my Westeck window. Linda was very helpful and asked me to send a picture of the broken handle. Within 10 minutes she replied, saying they had one in stock. There was no charge, Linda even gave me 2 handles. Excellent customer service. Thank you Westeck 👍
Great windows and service after project completed
I recently contacted Westeck Chilliwack to report our basement sliding door defective specifically the door locking device and bottom security lock. Alisha arranged for a technician to attend our residence to effect repairs. Bryan and a co-worker later attended and repaired the bottom security lock but were unable to repair the door locking device because Westeck no longer stocks that part. Bryan provided the name of the supplier and provided a tip when replacing the defective lock with the new part which I did without a problem. Kudos to Alisha and Bryan for looking after me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend contacting Westeck for quality door/window products and servicing.
We have enjoyed our large Westeck installed sliding patio door/window for 9 years. Recently, the closing and locking handle got a bit “sticky” so Westeck sent Bernd and Xem out to check it for us. Within a few minutes they had done minimal adjustments, applied silicone spray to a few areas and the door was working perfectly again. Such a treat to have prompt service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians pay a visit!

If you want great Westeck sales advice and product knowledge Jasmine is the individual to help you out! Jasmine took the time to clearly communicate the Westeck product offerings and how the products themselves would best fit our requirements and incrementally increase the value of our home. All calls and questions were quickly responded to and addressed. When we had an issue post install, Jasmine took ownership of the problem and always made sure things were made right, to our satisfaction.
I sent in a service request a few days ago to have my patio doors adjusted so the lock would work properly. Today Dakota from the Kelowna office was by and adjusted all three of our patio doors to ensure they lock properly. The adjustments were completed in about 10 minutes. I want to thank Dakota for his professionalism during his visit.

My bathroom window seal broke somehow, making the window foggy in between the glass panes. I set up an appointment online and was contacted promptly by email by the Service Administrator to set up a time. I was given an appointment to fit my schedule in about 10 days from my initial contact. I was glad this could be done sooner than later! The crew that showed up was prompt, both guys were polite and professional, and my installation was done quickly and pain-free. There were no issues! I was extremely happy with the whole process. Dealing with their Service department was a pleasure. Westeck windows are nice, high-quality windows, and the warranty process for me was great!
