Can’t say enough good things about Westeck. Had two bay windows custom-made to my specs and they’ve been an excellent improvement to our 100+ year-old house in Victoria. No problems for 10 years. Then a small problem arose (broken plastic piece, MY OWN fault). Contacted Karl here in Victoria. Very friendly, courteous, professional fellow. He put me in touch with the super-efficient Leah in Chilliwack and three days later the item arrived by mail. No charge. I hope I’m not insulting the rest of Westeck’s employees when I single out Karl and Leah for the top-notch service they provide.

I had a problem with the patio door not locking. Westeck Service Technicians, Zem and Jose, just happened to be in the area when I submitted my service request. My patio door was fixed within an hour of my request. Service was quick and professional. In addition, the Vancouver office did a great job assisting me too.
