We started using Westeck as an optional upgrade for all of our little homes a few years ago. After seeing the quality of color finishes, the capability of the team’s manufacturing, and the outstanding quality of the product, we quickly started talking about any alternatives to Westeck as an “optional downgrade”. Smallworks includes Westeck in most of our projects now, and forging such a productive working relationship with the team over there has proven crucial in handling the curveballs that have come our way over the last year.

We have recently purchased an entrance door from your Kelowna branch. TJ Robertson was the project consultant who assisted us with this purchase. His customer service from beginning to end was impeccable and we thought this was really important to pass on to you.

His response to my 1st email looking for info was quick and informative which we appreciated as many other companies either didn’t bother to get back to us or took weeks to respond. I was looking for more of a custom door and throughout the whole process he was professional, accommodating, patient and shared ideas and suggestions which made our purchase and decision making stress free.

In our opinion, Westeck is fortunate to have a project consultant such as TJ working for them.

I would like to state my appreciation to Westeck for how well our condo window replacement project has gone in Whistler. The windows are going in now and they look great.

Besides that fact that Westeck sells a premium quality window product, a key reason for my selection of Westeck was the responsiveness of their sales person Dennis Krishna. If I had any technical or sizing questions, Dennis would respond almost immediately. As I had to make some final decisions on window opening options to meet our schedule, this helped immensely. I also found their bug screening system was superior to other suppliers which was important to me. I would also like to commend how friendly the crew was that unloaded the windows. Lifting those large windows is no easy task and they did it with a smile.

As the strata chair for my condominium complex, I will provide a strong recommendation for Westeck windows to other owners who will need to change out their windows.

We had a great experience with 2 of your installers Bernd and Xam when they did a front door replacement at our residence.

The guys were great. They arrived on time and had us inspect the door in the truck prior to replacing it to make sure everything was too our liking. They were quiet and courteous while they worked on the replacement, enabling us to continue to do our work from home even though they were right beside our office spaces. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly including removing the existing weather seal and replacing it with new. They had us go over the final inspection with them, overall it was outstanding service.

We are so impressed with the service we have received from Westeck over the last few months.

Twice we have needed help getting our very large, 10- year- old, patio door (approximately 5 ft. x 8 ft.) to properly lock. Last week we were unable to get the door to lock at all. My husband called the Westeck office to explain the situation and was immediately put in touch with Bryan who kindly explained how we could get the door to lock until Technicians were able to come out to Vancouver and fix it. The next day, Tony and Pat spent almost 2 hours adjusting and lubricating the moving parts until the door was working properly. The knowledge and patience demonstrated by all three Technicians, and the immediate response of the office staff who organized all of this, was outstanding! Thanks to everyone at Westeck – you are the best!

Westeck Windows recently supported one of our projects with interior and exterior doors in Whistler. The customer service was excellent and the doors arrive on schedule and in good order. Dennis Krishna played a key role on the product accuracy and delivery and we certainly appreciate his support and expertise. He also resolved a minor issue with an exterior door mechanism in an expedient manner. Our client is very happy with their doors and we look forward to working with Westeck in the future as they are a key vendor partner.

When we built our house 7 years ago we had Westeck windows installed. We recently had a couple of minor issues arise so I went into their shop and asked how I could make the necessary adjustments. Not only did their staff explain what needed to be done they insisted that a repairman would come out, at no cost, to take care of the problem. They also supplied the parts at no cost. Fantastic customer service.

Thank you Westeck for our new windows and door! We immediately felt how much warmer they were than our old ones! The customer service was fantastic and we couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived. When the windows were installed, they looked great and there wasn’t even a spec of dust left over from the installation! Thank you so very much!!! I simply cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received at all levels from within this company. Michelle and Heather were two staff in particular that went over and above the proverbial call of duty in handling my unique request. Fantastic after sales service. They drove out to WR twice to adjust our doors and to help us remove the screens off of our windows. Very grateful for their kindness and service.

We recently had Westeck install a huge 16′ X 9′ multi-slide patio door and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Calvin was our sales rep and he was great. He walked us through the many options and gave us some really good advice. Instead of just asking “what would you like, we can do anything” which is what most sales reps do, he went into great detail about each product and how it would fit into our home. We also liked the fact that Westeck is manufactured in BC and if we require service down the road we know that Westeck will be right there to help. If you’re in the market for windows, doors or a massive patio slider you should definitely check these guys out.
