We are so impressed with the service we have received from Westeck over the last few months.

Twice we have needed help getting our very large, 10- year- old, patio door (approximately 5 ft. x 8 ft.) to properly lock. Last week we were unable to get the door to lock at all. My husband called the Westeck office to explain the situation and was immediately put in touch with Bryan who kindly explained how we could get the door to lock until Technicians were able to come out to Vancouver and fix it. The next day, Tony and Pat spent almost 2 hours adjusting and lubricating the moving parts until the door was working properly. The knowledge and patience demonstrated by all three Technicians, and the immediate response of the office staff who organized all of this, was outstanding! Thanks to everyone at Westeck – you are the best!

Westeck Windows recently supported one of our projects with interior and exterior doors in Whistler. The customer service was excellent and the doors arrive on schedule and in good order. Dennis Krishna played a key role on the product accuracy and delivery and we certainly appreciate his support and expertise. He also resolved a minor issue with an exterior door mechanism in an expedient manner. Our client is very happy with their doors and we look forward to working with Westeck in the future as they are a key vendor partner.

The new manager, Karl Lehman offered highly professional service, REALLY listened to my needs regarding the quality of doors, workmanship and follow-up after the installation. Karl was patient, considerate, respectful, kind and professional in every sense! I was genuinely surprised by his superb standard of professional business ethics and his “putting customers first…before profits” mandate. And of course, because of such business finesse, Westeck prospered financially! There is no higher customer satisfaction than to be truly heard, understood and then actually experience how one’s dreams are actualized! My deck door and the finished installation are of first class quality and I am quietly pleased. But more so, the stress-free, embracing ambiance of this entire Westeck project with their gifted management personnel and craftsmen ensued in my deep contentment and knowledge that I chose well! When we built our house 7 years ago we had Westeck windows installed. We recently had a couple of minor issues arise so I went into their shop and asked how I could make the necessary adjustments. Not only did their staff explain what needed to be done they insisted that a repairman would come out, at no cost, to take care of the problem. They also supplied the parts at no cost. Fantastic customer service.

Thank you Westeck for our new windows and door! We immediately felt how much warmer they were than our old ones! The customer service was fantastic and we couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived. When the windows were installed, they looked great and there wasn’t even a spec of dust left over from the installation! Thank you so very much!!! I simply cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received at all levels from within this company. Michelle and Heather were two staff in particular that went over and above the proverbial call of duty in handling my unique request. Their efforts ultimately prevailed in getting my needs filled and they both handled this with professionalism and great personality. Fantastic after sales service. They drove out to WR twice to adjust our doors and to help us remove the screens off of our windows. Very grateful for their kindness and service.

We recently had Westeck install a huge 16′ X 9′ multi-slide patio door and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Calvin was our sales rep and he was great. He walked us through the many options and gave us some really good advice. Instead of just asking “what would you like, we can do anything” which is what most sales reps do, he went into great detail about each product and how it would fit into our home. We also liked the fact that Westeck is manufactured in BC and if we require service down the road we know that Westeck will be right there to help. If you’re in the market for windows, doors or a massive patio slider you should definitely check these guys out.

We had an excellent experience working with Westeck. We’e tried a few other window companies and Westeck were the only ones willing and able to produce the custom window/door designs we had in our plans. Their wood windows and doors are beautiful!

Westeck has a very well laid out showroom. With such a big decision as picking windows and doors can be, I really appreciated the advice and service that Jake Klassen ,our sale rep, provided for us. He was very good at working with our budget as well as making any adjustments we needed to make sure the windows were going to look right . I appreciated the drawings and reference pages as it made it very clear as to what we were ordering and that we could feel confident in our final design.

Excellent customer service, considerate and helpful staff on our window handle repairs. We’ve had to call them on a few occasions to fix broken handles; all were done promptly with every effort made to schedule us in.
