Just wanted to give a shout-out to Dakota and Dan for providing great customer service! Dakota has resolved numerous issues that needed attention after taking possession of our new home. Dakota goes above and beyond to ensure the adjustments are “done right”. Every time he has made a service call, he has a positive attitude and is very respectful of our home. Dan is also very attentive and helpful, they really make a great team to get the job done well and in a timely manner! We truly appreciate the time and effort this team offers to ensure customer satisfaction. Linda has also been great with scheduling so wanted to thank her as well.
The Product is fantastic. Had some communication issues for a bit but the service department did a fantastic job to rectifying the issues. The install team with Dakota was amazing. The Quality of the product is the best out there.
I had phoned and talked to Linda at the Kelowna location to inquire about a broken locking handle for my Westeck window. Linda was very helpful and asked me to send a picture of the broken handle. Within 10 minutes she replied, saying they had one in stock. There was no charge, Linda even gave me 2 handles. Excellent customer service. Thank you Westeck 👍
Great windows and service after project completed
I recently contacted Westeck Chilliwack to report our basement sliding door defective specifically the door locking device and bottom security lock. Alisha arranged for a technician to attend our residence to effect repairs. Bryan and a co-worker later attended and repaired the bottom security lock but were unable to repair the door locking device because Westeck no longer stocks that part. Bryan provided the name of the supplier and provided a tip when replacing the defective lock with the new part which I did without a problem. Kudos to Alisha and Bryan for looking after me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend contacting Westeck for quality door/window products and servicing.
We have enjoyed our large Westeck installed sliding patio door/window for 9 years. Recently, the closing and locking handle got a bit “sticky” so Westeck sent Bernd and Xem out to check it for us. Within a few minutes they had done minimal adjustments, applied silicone spray to a few areas and the door was working perfectly again. Such a treat to have prompt service and knowledgeable, friendly technicians pay a visit!

Service Manager Michelle arranged to have a new window installed and awesome General Manager Neal graciously donated the window and the installation time.
