After 2 years of research, design, and testing, Westeck became the first manufacturing company to produce a Passive House Certified Vinyl Lift Slide Door.

In 2019, Westeck Windows and Doors proudly became one of ten Passive House Certified window manufacturers in the world. With the introduction of the Passive House Certified Vinyl Lift Slide Door, Westeck then became the first manufacturer globally to produce a Vinyl Patio Door that is Passive House certified.

The PH Certified Patio Door complimented the existing line of PH windows and represented the ongoing commitment to supporting the best in window and door performance.

Starting the mission of creating a PH Certified Patio Door in 2017, and with over two years of research and testing, Westeck was ready to start production by 2019.
