1. Surface texture
Thanks to its “High Definition Panel Embossments”, our wood textured skin technology provides an authentic wood finish that achieves the real feel and look of a wood textured surface without the disadvantages— fading, rotting, warping, etc.—that come with it.
2. Composite rails on all edges
Our fibreglass doors feature composite (PVC) rails that surround the perimeter of the panel making them 100% waterproof. The mortise and tenon joints also provide exceptional strength that prevents any movement of the door components.
3. LVL lumber components
LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is the strongest man-made wood material. We use the world’s first PVC LVL cap wrap with a tongue-and-groove rail lock system giving our doors a solid frame structure with complete moisture barrier.
4. Door core
Our door core is made of high-density CFC-free polyurethane foam, providing up to 6 times the insulation of a traditional wood door, as well as superior soundproofing.
5. Panel design
Our panel doors easily meet the demanding contractor and customer needs. The elegantly detailed architectural panels feature deep shadow lines that add to any home’s strong curb appeal.

E-Coat Colourwise Performance Vinyl leads the industry in water-based coating and staining technology. With a 20-year colour warranty on vinyl products, it delivers long-lasting durability. Heat-reflective pigments reduce heat gain, even in dark colours.
This finish exceeds AAMA 615 performance standards and meets EPA safety requirements. It’s non-toxic, free from lead, isocyanates, and NMP. At Westeck Windows & Doors, we use E-Coat Colourwise Performance Vinyl Diamond Coat for a high-performance, eco-friendly finish.

At Westeck, we take pride in ensuring the colours you see are as accurate as possible, which is why our digital swatches are calibrated using state-of-the-art spectrometry for precise matching to our actual products. However, the colours displayed on your screen or printer may vary due to the limitations of individual devices. For the most accurate representation, we recommend viewing these samples on an iPad or iPhone. For critical colour matching, visiting our showroom or requesting physical samples is always the best choice to guarantee satisfaction.
We also work with outside paint vendors for custom matching should this be a requirement.
