The Westeck Windows Group of Companies is expanding its Customer Service team in Victoria. We are seeking an entry level Inside Sales Consultant.
Westeck Windows offers the widest range of high-end window and door products and our current Project Consultants are among the highest income earners in the construction industry!

Job Summary:

• The successful candidate will work in a professional environment and need to be a team player.
• Expectations include close attention to detail, as well as the ability to meet or exceed targets and deadlines on a monthly basis.
• The Associate will be required to present our wide array of fenestration products to new and existing Homeowner, Architect, Designer and Contractor clients, prepare and administer sales contracts, provide client input to design and product, resolve product and service related items.
• You will be required to conduct consultations and provide quoting over the telephone and in person at our Victoria Showroom.
• You must be willing to be tactfully aggressive as well as customer service oriented.
• After approximately 1- 2 years of training and development the successful candidate will have the opportunity, and therefore must have the desire to become an outside Project Consultant earning 80-120k or more per year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of Grade 12 Education
• Some post secondary education with a related degree or designation, or working towards completion
• A combination of working experience in sales, construction or building industry will be preferred
• 3-5 years experience in the building industry preferred but not necessary
